I am a good person on this IORP server. I play this server thinking it is real life.I have been interested in playing Gta San Andreas since childhood. And I want to work well on this server.I have been playing well on this server for three months.

Tell us how you can help iorp as faction leader?(MUST have 100 words minimum)
I can help join qualified players to my faction and keep track of whether they are working properly.I can also help promote them according to their ability. I can help them do the job in a good way.I will do the work right in my faction, and the members of the faction will do exactly that.I will help keep the city quiet.I will join players who are interested in making money to the faction and teach them to play in a good way.I will create good, talented players for this server.I also aspire to develop my faction.I will give my faction contribution to the city in a good way.

• failed with rp test, given many chances but you have not shown any action
• factors for promotion and demotion were not good (except timeline and criminal once)
• Recruiting players for money is not a motive in factions, players are recruited if they are interested and knows good rp
• you need to learn rp and how to show that, kindly get some knowledge from helpers and read the usage of rp cmds like /me,/t,/say etc and apply them in your habit.
