Suggestion: There Should Be Illigal Weapon Which Mafias And Gang Members (Illigal Faction) Use Without Having Weapon Licence And Found By Doing Less Income Job Like Garbage .If Normal Civillian Found The Gun He Can Hand Over To Cop And Can Have Small Amount Of Money As Reward Or He Can Sell To (Illigal Faction Members) At Slightly High Price. If He Sells He Can Go To Jail Or Have To Pay Fine.If Cops Found Anyone With That Gun He Can Seize And Charge Them With Fine!
