Suggestion: For collecting of the salary of the faction.The Sign in sign off system should be removed because if we are on duty for much time and then got disconnected we lost our all money.A new system should be added like there should be a place where our all money of the working our should be collected and we can visit the place in 2 - 3 days and get the salary of the past working hours.

If possible Best solution is automatic salary…means every 10 mins while sign in… Will get paid… Till he gets signed off
