The YG are Young Gangster in reference to their time in the gang because they are new. With a Young Gangster rank they are expected to build trust in the streets of Los Santos. Some move up quick and other vary.
The soldier is a associate to the family. Although the they are allied, they are not officially in the family, but have been given the opportunity to gain their trust. An easy job? well ask the soldier themselves.
