current system : If we need to evade stars by camid we need to go to jail
new suggestion : if we want to evade stars made by camid we can even pay fine in PD and if we dont want to pay we can be jailed as we already have a system like self jailing . so if we add system like paying fine it will be good .

ye we do, but currently depends on robberies, along with this maybe CAM-ID is associated with Jail-only instead of Fine/jail.
