Title: Bug In Wanted System
Description: When we do a single crime like robbery or Killing Someone, the wanted level will become 8-10 instead of 1. And when goes out of jail wanted stars remains same as they are before.

What is affected by bug: Wanted Level.
Steps to produce bug: Not Know

Priority: Moderate (Critical | Moderate | Normal)
I am attaching some proofs:

Got 8 wanted level for single crime

Wanted level remains same as before after unjailed
