Solved Bug in Taking Liscensce From The Driving School

Title: Bug In Taking Liscensce

Description: I have tried a lot of time to finish the plane liscensce but the plane crashes each time because of my carelessness, If we fail in a plane test or either die in between means we are charged 2x charge and if we use accept death after our death means we are spawned at Sf saborta hospital instead of jefferson hospital . And we were not able to see the buildings, vehicles and the things surrouding us when we spawn. We could see them only after using UN BUG . Because of this 2x cost i have lost a lot of money and non vip players who try to take liscensce are stucked at Saborta hospital because of this.

Steps to produce bug: Just go and try some liscensce test and die in between by crashing the vehicle somewhere and make them burst.
