suggestion :You can mark hospital and active food stall which have food in map which can be seen from any part of the map.
note : this will be help full for newbies , and saves time from roaming from one shop to anoter

they can’t be, you have to use gps to locate nearest hospital, icons for hospital and food stall only appear when they are nearby. You have to always check for food in stalls, however to make it easy, the 3d text already shows status of food on food stall.
